Technopark Zurich Hub - Primer
Register & log in
- Register with name, work email, password, and company name (use your personal e-mail, not info@ or similar).
- Verify your email via the link in your inbox (valid 24 h).
- Log in with your email and password.
Usually no admin action needed — you are approved automatically if your email is known as a tenant contact in Technopark's system, or if your email domain matches your tenant company (e.g. you@company.ch).
Admin approval only if your email cannot be clearly linked to a tenant or tenant company (e.g. personal email, not yet in Technopark records). You'll get an email when your account is active.
Forgot password? Use Reset password on the login page.
Company administrators (your colleagues, not Technopark staff)
Some members of each company can manage their own company on My Company:
- Edit company information (description, contacts, logo, etc.). Some changes require approval from Technopark staff (fields are marked accordingly)
- Make Admin / Remove Admin for colleagues in the same company
- Mark as Left when someone has left the company
You can verify that you are a company admin if you have an Edit-Button in the My Company area.
Any member can use Leave Company for him-/herself; Technopark reviews the request.

Quick tips
- Keep Settings up to date so others can find you under Members.
- The platform can be added to your Home Screen on your mobile device (as Progressive Web App)
- Turn on push notifications in Settings for new announcements.
